Interpretive - This is were the artists try's to convey the lyrics of the song in a visual way. 

Animated - This is a blanketed term for music videos as it can refer to different styles of animation such as CGI and stop motion.

Pastiche - This is were a artist will imitate another's work to poke fun at their work. 

Homage - This is similar to Pastiche as it also imitates work but it plays tribute to the artists work. 

Parody - This is were they recreate a popular scene to poke fun at the original source but not to be taken seriously and can also be used to mock the subject that the scene is showing. 

The problem with Pastiche, Homage and Parodies is that it can invoke copyright laws and other law suits and if you have never seen the original source then you may get confused and not understand it.
